Twist Stepper Workout Machine

If your looking to tighten ur buns...and for those of us that are older and would like to have things come back up north where they were heading south lol...this is the perfect workout machine... I have had it for a week and use it every other day and let me tell u at 49 my bottom is looking and feeling great...tightens the legs and buns... the pistons do get very hot if u used it for over the 15mins just dont touch them and they do squeek if ur on the machine for 20mins or longer (i have used it for 30-35mins) but its not an abnoxious squeek . the arm bands are a lil too long for me(im 5'3) but i use my free weights... . I am very very pleased with the results from using this machine and would truly recommend it for anyone who would love to have a bottom of a 20yr old again lol...and my boyfriend loves the results also lol !!!

I keep this in front of the TV to use instead of sitting on the couch all night. It's quiet and works well. I like the twist in the step, as it feels like a natural movement.

Quite, easy to put together and use, Have not used the arm bands. heavy solid construction.

I was a little skeptical buying this at first- I hate online shopping, but went for it anyways. I wanted something small I can use at the office when I'm basically sitting doing nothing at my desk all day. This is PERFECT. It is small enough to slide under your desk but strong enough to give you a decent cardio workout in. Within the first 10 minutes I was already breaking a sweat and got my heart rate up. The set up only took about a minute. Literally you just put a battery (that is included) in the timer and calorie counter, slide that onto the machine, and hook the cable around the wheel and if you want, hook up the resistance bands and you're ready to go. The resistance bands are a little long for me-but I'm 5'2'' so I just wraps them around my hands a few times and they were at the resistance I needed them to be. The "twist" part was what I was confused about-but it's basically like you're stepping out to the side instead of straight up and down. Like you're rollerblading but with a much smaller range of motion. I like it better than the basic up and down movement because I feel it works out my muscles, especially my butt better than other machines do. I'm already feeling a burn. As far as the level of resistance you can get out of the machine- it's definitely not what you get out of a larger machine from the gym. (It would be perfect for people who are just beginning a workout regimen, people who are not advanced athletes or for someone who just wants something quick to do except sit all day.) There is a knob that you tightly twist to increase the resistance, but at even the tightest it's more like running in really heavy sand; but again, some exercise is better than no exercise and I think anything that can get your heart pumping is worth the investment. It says the machine is only for use in increments of 10-15 minutes at a time so I wouldn't recommend this to replace your normal gym or running routine, but if you're looking for a great workout during your spare time and don't have a ton of space it's wonderful. I'm thinking I would be able to use this at least 3-4 times a day when I get a few minutes downtime at work and it will greatly help aid my weight loss goals. According to the timer, I was able to burn almost 100 calories in 10 minutes. SO EASY! That was 10 minutes I would have been using to check my e-mail or talk in the kitchen while snacking and instead burnt some calories. I would absolutely recommend this product. It was inexpensive with great quality. You won't wish you didn't do it.
