I've only had the twist stepper a few weeks. So far it works well. The arm bands that come with it work really well- you can feel the burn quickly. The stepper does give a good workout. It is nice to use when watching tv on the nights I get home from work late and don't have time for a regular work out.

I had a hip replacement a year ago so i wanted something where you can get a workout but still be easy on the joints and i found it in the twist stepper. You feel the burn in yor legs and booty. I am happy with my purchase and its silent

I bought this stepper to use during times I don't feel like going to the gym and I am glad I did. I wear a heart rate monitor during my routine to make sure I am getting the same intensity I do at the gym and it hasn't let me down yet, especially when I turn up the resistance. Other steppers didn't seem to have the resistance option and I can only imagine that you'd develop endurance and lose the benefit - but not this one! Also, the armbands offer a great option for an upper body workout as well. I only gave it a 3 for durability because I've had the machine just a few weeks and can't accurately rate it. I was a little put off by the "twist" in the description imagining my knees twisting in ways they shouldn't but the twist offers a more natural movement and is a plus. This is a great price and definitely worth the money! I have already recommended it to my sister who has plantar faciaitis and she can use it without problems. Love it!

I bought this machine to help lose the weight from my pregnancy. Very easy to use and put together, Resistance is awesome you cvan really feel it in your legs and butt, but my belly fat is still there. So I started doing some crunches before the stepper and I am making really good progress. Very nice little machine.

very easy to use, well built, sturdy construction as advertised, a little quirkiness with the mini counter thing, rubber tube works great for me (5-7), no squeaky noise after a month of use

I got this product almost a month ago and it works, it give you a good workout, i am a petite person who weights 115 pounds and i use it every day for 30 minutes. I feel my legs more firm, its quiet, I would definetly recommend it.

I had owned a similar product to this called THE THIGH MASTER. It was great and I lost about 50 pounds using it 30 min a day. This machine is almost the same, but much sturdier and seems to be made with much better quality. Mind you the weight capacity is 250 pounds. It is an easy workout, really gives you a good cardio workout, specifically your buns and thighs. I use my own weights to for the upper body workout WHILE I am working out on this product. You truly can loose weight on the Twist Stepper and I would recommend it to anyone. The price is outstanding. I just bout it 2 months ago, so I will have to see how long it lasts or if it should break down. The wheels are usually what breaks down first. So far so good!

There's no category for ease-of-use, which for me would be most important. I'd give this stepper 5 stars for ease. I am small and don't have a dedicated workout area at home (but do have a small child), and I'm able to bring this out, have a good little workout, and then hide it away easily. I've been using it several times a week and have had to oil it for squeaking, but other than that it's held up perfectly. This was a good purchase for someone who doesn't have time or money for a gym or fancy home equipment.

It is very simple to set up and is very effective. It gives you a great workout in a short period of time. I would recommend it to any friends and family who wish to obtainb peek results in a short workout. It is also compact so storage is not an issue.

Awesome! It is so quiet and can be easily stored....does not take up much space at all. Within mintues of being on it and using it I was sweating and could feel the burn in my legs. I feel it was well worth the money I paid for it.

I recently purchased this machine. Great value! It was extremely simple to set up and gives a great workout. In fact, the first couple of times I used it I could only go for about 5 minutes before I had to stop. It combines cardio with simple strength training (resistance bands).

This is good for the price and gives me just enough of a workout. Going to a gym and using one of the pricey machines will probably get more sweat out of you but for this compact machine, it's worth the price. It's not flimsy, pretty sturdy. I like its compact size so I can store it away and it's not an eye-sore. I read reviews that some people who are short had issues with the straps but it worked fine for me. i'm 5'1". If you are looking for a decent price exercise machine that is fairly sturdy especially for those rainy days or lazy days, this is a good one to use in front of the tv so you don't feel like a complete couch potatoe.

I love this little machine. The arm bands are long but if you criss cross them under the tightening bolt they work fine.I jump on in the morning while watching the news and again at night a few times. It's really working my thighs and butt!The angle that it puts you at allows all the muscles to be worked. Just like being on ice skates and playing hockey my boyfriend says.

This tiny item actually gives a good workout, allowing me to break a sweat. It is small enough to fit just about anywhere and easy to use while watching television. There are a few drawbacks, however. The unit has leaked a black soot-like substance since day one. I've had it for 4 months and it still leaks. I had to purchase a rug scrubber just to keep up with the cleaning. After the first couple of months it began making a terrible squeaking noise. The instructions state to oil the shock absorbers if this happens. I have tried WD-40 and a 3-in-1 home oil many, many times (almost daily lately) but the squeaking won't stop and the instructions do not have any contact information for the company. An internet search also failed to help me locate the company. I still use the unit every day as I really do like it, but the noise and leaking soot can be very annoying

This is an unbelievable value. It's extremely well made - industrial construction actually - and really gives you a workout. They aren't kidding when they tell you to limit yourself to a few minutes at a time! The size is great, and it fits right under my coffee table. Just stay with it and you'll see results pretty quickly. The only slight problem with this stepper is that the gauges are very difficult to see. If the arm exercisers are too long, just tie a knot in them. I recommend this stepper as the best I've ever seen at any price!

For the price, this small yet powerful workout machine is worth it. I barely have room for the treadmill so this is a great QUIET addition to exercise while watching TV.
