Hey Ladies want to get Hubby out of your hair for a few hours??? Get him his own fortune finder! This was a gift for my husband and I haven't seen him since. Not really! But it is the best gift I ever gotten him. He's having alot of fun plus getting exercise!! So far $1.11 & 2 MatchBox cars, don't laugh at least he's out of the house and in the fresh air. Plus he tells me the big treasure is just around the corner!

Let me start by saying if you're giving this as a Christmas gift to a family member who lives with you (like I did) ~ make sure you catch the UPS guy as he delivers it... the box says unmistakably in giant black bold letters "METAL DETECTOR." Seriously, who was the genius behind that?!! My son came waltzing in asking "Sweeeet! Whose getting the metal detector??" My neighbors keep asking to this day, "Sooo... how's the METAL DETECTOR?" Uh-huh. By the way, where's the treasure?

this was so low priced i thought !! what a joke? but the item should have been 3-times what i paid for it and very easy to use!

Isn't the best metal detector....had trouble with it locating anything unless the object was real close to the surface

This was a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it! He immediately put it together and started messing around with it! We love it came with a case and sand scoop too.

Great metal detector for a beginner.. we've already found a bunch of "treasures" in our yard (nails, paperclip and a couple of pennies) it's so much fun!

Bought this for my daughter who was 13-yrs old at the time. She likes it but we just don't have much opportunity to use it. Not a waste of money since we can still use it whenever we want to.

The detector made these sounds even when it was pointed towards the sky. It didn't work the way it says it will. I was so disappointed with this item. It may be alright for a pre-teen but does not preform good enough for an adult to own. I would not recommend this to anyone. Preformance was so bad. Sorry, but I'm not happy at all with this treasure cove metal detector.

This metal detector is light weight and easy to put together. Comes with it's own carrying case and easy to follow instructions. My husbacd received it for Christmas and has had a blast in the back yard with our sons looking for treasures. Would recommend!

Bought this to help search for a ring that was lost in my back yard... or so I though. Found the ring in the house, but I'm pretty sure I babyproofed the backyard, not a single, nail, screw, staple or sharp metal object to be found! Had fun figuring out the settings. My only regret is that I don't have more places to use it.

The kids love it, They already found some quarters and old pieces of silver just on our usual hikes. I'm enjoying it also. Its interesting to see what hidden treasure you'll find..

This was the best Father's Day present I have ever given my son. Immediately after he put it together, he and my grandson went out to the front yard to hunt for treasure and found a dime and a penny. The expressions on their faces was worth what I paid for the present and more.
