I love, it because folds and has little wheels help move it also, not real large-- fits in my closet-- I live in a Town house Only thing -- because, being manual--- it is very hard to get to move -- big strain on legs--- hopefully, with use, will losen up a bit. I had a manual one before -- from another company-- but, eventually broke-- but, it was much easier to use --- even though a manual one------

Treadmill is just as described and was shipped promptly. It won't fit under a bed though unless you have a huge bed frame. I'm satisfied.

this is a good stable product but it is a little tricky if you are over 6ft. also, it was kind of steep, so I put some blocks under the back

The Sunny Treadmill is great. It was easy to put together, I did it myself, and walking on it is fine. I like the size of it too.

It was easy enough to put together, but there is not very much smoothness in motion when you walk on it. I suppose for the price it is o.k. I do wish I had just saved some more money and bought something better though.

I am very pleased with my new treadmill. I had no problem with breaking it in, very smoothe and easy to use. I can def say it gave me a great work out. I am not one to sweat, but 30 minutes on this machine, I was sweating bullets! The incline was just enough. Easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to store. Why pay for an electric treadmill that will cost a fortune, and is impossible to store, when you can purchase one that can give you just as good of a work out and could easily be stored when your finished!

Easy to assemble, I'm a senior and I did it in less then 1 hour-alone! I 'm doing only slow walking for short inter-vals and lost about 5 lbs in 2 weeks to my suprise! I'm happy I made the right decision since we had so much rain in N.Y.and I was able to walk when ever I wanted. We have a gym downstairs but I like the privacy and concence of my home..I also found it was easy to carry folded, I moved it into my bedroom near my computer as a reminder to get up and walk...I love it! and thanks to overstock for offering this great product.

It's very, very difficult to stay on this treadmill & not fall off of it because of the steep incline. If the incline could be lowered, that would make this treadmill alot more user friendly.

I have Meniere's which makes it hard for me to just walk out the door and go for a walk. I'm always afraid I will fall down. Not wanting to not be able to keep moving, I bought this treadmill in hopes I would be able to walk in my bedroom. I've had a couple of "used" treadmills and was never happy with them because the handles were not long enough to be of help. This treadmill is perfect. easy to put together. Easy to used and I feel safe with the handles being there for me to hold onto. I'd buy it again and would most certainly recommend it.

I wanted a wide, well-built, low cost treadmill without all the bells and whistles that usually turn out to be wasted money. The Exerpeutic TF1000 Walk to Fitness Electric Treadmill more than fits the bill.. I was able to assist the delivery driver, who had a hand truck, with moving the package inside. Track the package online and if you cannot have help available for delivery, make sure the local delivery service is aware beforehand that they will need 2 people and a hand truck to unload. Well packaged, mostly assembled and very easy to unpack and setup. Be careful attaching computer board to frame. Although wires are now preattached, not using care when stuffing wires behind circuit board could no doubt cause problems later. Wheels work for moving unit but could be a little larger for use on carpeting and 6.5' power cord could be longer. Height of safety handles fit me OK (I am 5'10") but I can see where taller people have complained about it. I often just set the back of my fists on top of the handles or use my fingertips when walking. Pulse monitor is convenient on handles but you must grab both handles correctly and give it a while to get up to actual rate. Centering belt adjustments are sensitive and, unlike instructions, no more than about 1/16 turn with wrench, then actually using treadmill for some time, is key when adjusting. Minor beefs aside, I found this treadmill built for heavy duty use and without useless internet links or cheap speakers. Computer, while basic, includes important features like timer countdown shutoff and target pulse rate alarm. It is very quiet, especially good when watching TV or listening to music. It is wide enough that I can use it with my dog. Safety handles are padded, plenty long with nice, wood end plugs. The handle mounted controls are very convenient and useful. Altogether the Exerpeutic TF1000 Walk to Fitness Electric Treadmill is exactly what I was looking for and a very good value for the money.

this was very easy to put together. my husband and i are over 60 and we needed something easy to use and both did not need the incline function due to our back problems. this was great for someone getting started. i also like the idea that it can be folded up and out of the way if needed.

New variations of tried-and-true exercise machines are always being introduced to the market as the technology of exercise equipment improves. Two exercise machines that have gained popularity are elliptical trainers and treadmills. A major advantage to elliptical trainers is that they possess little risk of injury to the knees, hips, back or ankles. Meanwhile, treadmills are home gym machines on which you can run, walk or jog. The treadmill has been in the marketplace for a long time and is a long-standing piece of standard equipment for most exercise enthusiasts. Elliptical Machines: Elliptical machines present a lower risk of injury to the body. This home gym machine allows the individual to stand in an upright position while supporting her upper body by holding onto the handrails. The individual is able to pick out what muscles to train by shifting the strength on the legs or the arms. This provides for a more flexible workout machine. The machine bears its name because it works to copy the foot's elliptical motion as well as the rotation of the hip during walking or running. Advantages of Elliptical Machines: Since elliptical machines work the upper and lower body, they help you reach your target heart rate more optimally, providing a better cardiovascular workout overall. Individuals can burn a larger number of calories in a shorter period of time. Muscles that benefit from this machine include the legs, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps and the back. Elliptical machines are also relatively easy to operate and are energy efficient because they do not use much electricity. Treadmills: Traditional treadmills were developed to help you walk, run or jog. Treadmills differ in advantages as there are some machines that have programs that can be customized based on your weight and fitness level. You can also manually control the program to increase or decrease the speed, the incline or the duration of the workout. Walking on a traditional treadmill, however, creates more impact on the knees and hips and may be a cause of injury for some users. Advantages of Treadmills: Some treadmill models have a cushioned surface to support the knees and other parts of the body. With these models, there is a lower risk of injury and an increased level of comfort for the user. Moreover, treadmills provide you with the option to run, jog or walk in the comfort of the gym. Also, you can burn calories by increasing the heart rate, providing a good cardiovascular workout. Buy Home Gym Machines Back to Guides Directory Buy Home Gym Machines

They help you lose weight and tone your body, but elliptical trainers do it in a way that is less stressful on the joints than stair climbers and treadmills.
