I like this for in the house exercise. We all use it from 6 to 63. Here in the NW it can get pretty nasty and no one wants to go out side to walk or exercise and this allows us to watch TV and get some exercise.

the grey covering on this product came ap[art after about three uses. It is still functional but now the springs are exposed . I still use it and it works ! Enjoy the workout on these..THis is very well worth the investment and the grey covering to me is no big deal. OTher rebounders are so much more money and this does the job just fine.

It's hard to find the time to exercise when I know how important exercise is. I bought the trampoline so I could put it in front of my tv. Now when I watch my Dr shows I just jump and walk on the trampoline the whole time I am watching. At least I'm off of the couch. The trampoline is so easy to assemble and use. It also folds up and out of the way when it's not in use. I really enjoy doing some exercise instead of just sitting and watching tv. We live where it is very cold and snowy, so exercising in the privacy of my own home is the best for me.

It was purchased as a gift for my grandchildren. I am told that they use it constantly and they enjoy it very much. If it holds up to their heavy use, it will have been an excellent purchase.

I have teenagers and they worked with my husband to set the trampoline up within 2 hours. It was not complicated to set up. It is very big and very well made. All three kids have been on it nonstop since we got it.

We purchased this for my 4 1/2 year old son to use in the house during the winter. He is really enjoying it and it helps him burn off energy on days it is too cold to be outside, which can be often in Chicago.

I like using this, it's fun exercise. Seems durable and was easy to put together. I don't fold it up, I just leave it as is since I have the room for it.

The trampoline was very easy to assemble upon arrival. It's a nice size - you actually have enough room to bounce - without taking up too much space. And the stablizing bar is really handy. You do have to unscrew the legs and basically disassemble the trampoline before it will fold up in it's handy bag for storage, which takes some effort.

Excellent exercise! A bouncy experience!! Makes for a good workout in less time and more energy. Be innovative and create your own workout program. Good value compared to others that cost much more. Highly recommendable.

I've had a ball bouncing on my trampoline. I'm in Michigan so being outdoors in the cold is prohibitive... I can also take out my frustrations by bouncing... (btw, I'm 62!)

This is really a cool trampline, folds up and stores in a small space and is not difficult to set up!

The item was shipped promptly. It was easy to assemble and was as the description stated. The assembly of the handle is sturdy and connects in such a way as to be long lasting. Also comes apart and folds up with minimal trouble as well. Wouldn't want to take it down every time you use it, but occasionally it is easy enough. Size is just right and exactly what we were looking for.

I bought this for my niece who is Autistic and she loves it. It is sturdy enough for all of their children too. The price was great too because there are alot of others on the market that have less of a weight requirements that are more expensive.

Putting together the trampoline was simple. When screwing in the legs, some of the gray paint wore off leaving chips on the floor. So, I had to immediately vacuum. Also, I worried that if I missed any of it, my dog might accidentally ingest some. He's pretty good about not eating non-food items but if I had a less well-behaved pet or a small child, I would have been very concerned. Once together, I used the trampoline on three occasions for about 30 minutes. It was fine. At the beginning of the fourth time (and within one week of receiving the trampoline), the trampoline ripped and the metal came free. If I hadn't just been getting on it, I might have been injured. I should note that I only weigh half of the recommended maximum limit of 220 pounds and that I have used many trampolines in the past at the gym so I know my usage was correct. There was no reason whatsoever that the trampoline should have broken and so quickly. Now, I have the hassle of returning it and no trampoline.
Trampolines are a fun, simple way to play and get exercise at the same time. You can start having fun on a trampoline as soon as it's assembled, but the more time you spend on your trampoline, the more interesting tricks you can perform. And, although they are fairly simple to use, there still are some things to consider about using your trampoline.
One way to make exercise more exciting is to exercise on a trampoline. Mini trampolines, or "rebounders," have become a very popular way to work some low-impact aerobic activity into your day. The soft rebound of the trampoline reduces stress on the joints while still working your muscles and lungs. Mini trampolines also let you stay inside while you work out, and they are one of the more affordable pieces of exercise equipment. If you're considering buying a rebounder for exercise, or if you already have one and aren't sure how to use it, keep reading for information on how to exercise on a trampoline.
Bouncing on a trampoline offers more than just fun; it provides physical exercise and improves motor coordination. Trampolines range in size from small, personal fitness models to large bouncing surfaces that allow the jumper to perform advanced exercise skills while reaping the benefits of an aerobic workout. Trampoline exercise tones the muscles through low-impact rebounding, making it a beneficial choice for adults as well as children.
Children's beds act as an empty canvas just waiting to realize its potential. To a child, a bed is not just a place for sleeping, but a place for secrets, toys, and make-believe. Kids' beds can become pirate ships or spaceships and change just as quickly into a covered wagon or castle. Their imagination knows no bounds, which can sometimes lead to accident-prone afternoons. The ever popular "Let's-pretend-the-bed-is-a-trampoline" game usually ends in tears. To keep your kids as safe as possible, make sure you follow these safety tips and make sure your children's beds meet the following safety guidelines.
