    Questions & Answers

    • Is the frame made of aluminum? It says "alloy" but an alloy of what?

      • Hello newcyclist1758, alloy frames do not rust, but they can corrode. Manufacturers combine the aluminum with elements including magnesium, titanium, iron, copper, chromium, zinc, manganese and silicon, but these elements typically comprise less than 10 percent of the frame's weight. The alloyed elements can improve the strength, corrosion resistance or joining capability or reduce the cost of frame production. The fork is steel. Thank you for shopping with us. Rochelle B

    • If my stand over is 60cm but I can ride a 62cm stand over. (625mm), do you have a frame that would work for my height?

      • Thank you for contacting us, lexykeaton. This model bicycle is only available with a 45cm or 51cm frame. The stand over heights for these sizes are ; The 45 cm has a 28.5 inches stand over height and the 51cm frame has a 31 inches stand over height. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    • I'm roughly 5'2'', should I get the 51cm or 45 cm frame size?

      • Thank you for contacting us kezzypezz. Base on how tall you are the frame sizes to consider are: 49cm, 50cm, 51cm, 52cm 19.5", 20", 20.5" Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    • IS this bike fixed-gear?

      • Hello happyapple1, Yes this bike is fixed gear. Thank you for shopping with us!

    • what country was this bike made in

    • Should I buy the 45 or the 51 frame? I am a 5'7" female. Thanks.

      • Road bike sizing depends on the length of your legs. Road bikes are normally measured in centimeters instead of inches, so you will need to convert your inseam length to centimeters by multiplying its length in inches by 2.54. Stand-over height will be similar to that of mountain bikes. You can also calculate height and get the recommended frame size by multiplying your inseam length by 0.65.

      • I would suggest you buy the 51 inch frame as a 5''7" female.

      • There is an article titled "How to Pick the Right Mountain Bike" under the Buying Guides subsection that can offer assistance with this.
