However, you must be skilled in putting it together yourself, and to find someone to help you move an almost 300lb. object into your home, as the delivery people will not assist you. Otherwise, it is worth the savings.

This a a great machine. It has all the bells and whistles as the very expensive health club machines. It was a great buy at 40% off, it was fairly easy to put together, and it's much better than paying $55 per month, health club dues. It has a lifetime guarantee and should hold up fantastically for many years to come. It provides a great workout as well.

I can't believe the workout I get from this machine. It's absolutely silent; and the motion is smooth and seamless. Puting it together was a little challenging; but the size of the machine is perfect for fitting into the family room where I use it.

It's a good solid piece of exercise equipment in this price range. It's surprisingly quiet, extremely heavy, and it took less than an hour to put together with some "manly" help.
