Exercise Mat
Being partly Irish I LOVE the green color. Some folks might find it wierd. It's different from everyone else in my class and I like that, too. Feels very comfortable on the floor and rolls easily.

exactly as pictured
The mat is super thick and made of a high quality material. As previous reviews show, it is better made than some of the cheaper mats out there. I disagree that a thicker mat will throw you off balance as I don't have that problem. I don't recommend using it on a carpet, but we have hardwood floors and I needed something with extra cushion. Definitely worth the price. this would have cost at least 40 bucks at a sport supply store.

Great mat for home
Good thick sturdy, but not hard, Long Enough! Flexible. Best used at one place, as it doesn't roll up small. Slifps right under my bed, so no problem.

Great Buy
I think this exercise pad is awesome! Great for situps and stretches. Easy to wipe sweat off and stays in place . I really like this product and would purchase another one, after I wear this one out. Easy to roll up and carry or store away too.

Bought for the second time
Need I say more than that I bought a second one of the same Mat? It is very good for doing Pylometrics, Yoga, Ab exercises, especially kind on my knees.

Works well, but could be more durable
I bought this mat to use on hard surface floors to protect my knees while doing yoga. The mat is thick enough that my knees are fine, but after just one use I can see a few worn-looking places on the mat. I suspect the thicker mats are not as durable as the thinner ones.

Great for Floor Exercises
I have been using a yoga pad for years, but my bones are getting old and tired, so I decided to try this mat because it had some thickness to it...and it does!! It has just enough padding so that I don't feel as if I'm on the bare floor but not too much that I slip around when sweaty. I use it on my area rug, and it does not move at all. It is a thin, oriental rug, so that may make the difference. But I did read at least one review that said it slipped on her rug - that was NOT my experience. I highly recommend this exercise mat to anyone who does pilates, yoga, stretching...I even stand on it when doing resistance training! I'm putting it through its paces and its standing up well.

Pilates Mat
The mat was just what I was looking for. Thicker than a yoga mat, soft. Easy to roll up and store. Doesn't slide around on a hard surface. The sizing was very accurate, length and thickness.
