Sturdy, not that versatile
We bought this to use as a collection box for a charity event. It is, however, meant to be mounted on the side of a craps table or on the wall. The lock on the bottom keeps it from being stood upright on a table with the slot on the top for donations. We used some cabinet bumpers to make the bottom even though and it is ok. Hard to decorate, but can be done. Nice to see the dollars donated and good to have a locked box. Better than a coffee can with a slot in the plastic lid and no way to secure it.
