The hitch is nice looking and looks like it will last a while but does not fit a 99 GMC Jimmy with a spare tire. It should be noted what vehicle the hitch will fit. I had to purchase and extender to make hitch wrk on my vehicle. I would recommend hitch for a vehicle that does not have a spare tire that sticks out past the rear bumper...

This carrier is very sturdy and so far has met my needs of transporting my bike around town. I believe that I would feel comfortable using it on a longer trip as well. I especially like the fact that I am able to take the carrier on and off the hitch without assistance. It is a little cumbersome - but I can manage alone. One surprise was that it was necessary to purchase additional hardward (hitch coupler) to be able to use properly - but it was a minor additional expense. Overall - I would recommend.

Great bike carrier! Easy to assemble and use. Bought to haul our bicycles to our vacation home over 500 miles away.

This product wables alot on the back of SUV and there is no where I have found for a different adapter

This bicycle carrier works great; very easy to assemble, load and unload. Perfect for my Xterra. Folds down to allow plenty of room for opening the tailgate with or without bikes loaded. I found this carrier on 'the other' site and it is actually costs less here due to low shipping charges.

This seemed like a great deal, only to find that we needed to drive all over town to find a hitch extender because it did NOT fit over our spare tire, as pictured. Once we got it attached, we discovered that our bikes do not fit! I'm not sure what kind of bikes it's made for... I don't recommend buying this product unless your bike is a men's 10 speed; I think that might fit.
