The pictures on the instructions of the different positions & ways to use the Thigh Master are absolutely useless. You can't see them at all & they don't direct you on how many to do or for how long. I had a better time YouTube'ing it. Also, it is uncomfortable on the skin, it pinches me. I'm going to stick with it though. I haven't seen a difference since I started using it but I do feel a little sore, which is hopefully it's way of working!
WOW....I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS ITEM BUT DIDNT FULLY BELIEVE THEM UNTIL I TRIED IT FOR MYSELF....IT REALLY REALLY WORKS....I USE IT EVERYDAY....YES IT HURTS PRETTY BAD BUT IT DEF DOES ITS JOB....IT WORKS YOUR INNNER THIGH, LOWER THIGH, FOREARMS, CHEST, AND PROLLY ANYWHERE ELSE THAT YOU CAN GET IT TO BEND IN....SO GOOD LUCK TO YALL.....AND THANKS FOR SUCH A GREAT ITEM I LOVE IT......

I was amazed when I first tried this product. It's simple and very useful, however the instructions included with the product are almost useless. They have poor spelling and grammar, do not say how many reps to do with the product to see results, etc. I searched Google with the phrase "How to use a Thighmaster" and the eHow article helped me out a lot. Now I can really feel the muscles I'm exercising (thighs, upper arms, chest, and even stomach!) and it's fast and easy.

I can't believe that I'm writing this but here I am! Because of health problems, I was told NOT to do cardio for awhile. So I used my thighmaster and created my own abs exercises. I had just given away 2 full garbage bags full of my skinny jeans and NOW they would have fit me with room to spare. The more and more I use it, the easy it gets to use. People tell me that I look thinner, but I know that it's THIGHMASTER whittling down my waiste size.Thanks Suzanne!

I thought this was a very good purchase;; however, I do think it took some getting used too initially. It was harder than I expected it to be, but once I got used to it I loved it. I do see a difference in my thighs. I would definitely purchase this item again.

Arrived in excellent condition, box was a little beat-up, but item in perfect working order. I've used it sparingly as to not injure/strain myself, but can already see and feel the difference in my arms, thighs, butt, etc. I would recommend it to anyone trying to firm and tone these areas, it works!

I used to have one of these and lost tract of it in moving. I am on a Synchronzed Swim Team and wanted to increase my leg strength. I remember how strong my legs were when I worked out with my Thigh Master so I order a new one. I love it! I already am amazed at how strong my legs have become in only a few weeks. The change in my swimming is very noticable. I am very glad I was able to find another after all these years.

This product is good, but not great. Doesn't seem to be build real durable and from appearances (especially the 'owners manual' and its many grammatical errors) it seems like a cheaper knockoff of the Suzanne Somers thigh master. However, it does work well and I will continue to use it.

Excellent product. Exactly as described in listing. Plastic cap at the bend tends to pop off once in a while. Not a problem yet. Think it will be fine. Fast shipping time. Thanks!

I really like this product. I remember years ago when Suzanne Sommers used to endorse this product but I never tried it, I'm glad I finally did. I use it every night and after a week I can really notice a difference!! My only criticism is that there needs to be more cushioning on them, I have to wear sweat pants or it'll hurt my legs. Still glad I bought it!!

This is the original Thighmaster. It is durable and easy to use, and affordable when purchased through Overstock.Com. Don't be fooled by imitations! It really works but you have to use it! It doesn't work well just sitting on a shelf somewhere.

I had one of these many years ago and ended up selling it at a yard sale. We are exercising again and thought it would be helpful. It is very easy to use for legs & arms and is effective as we had sore muscles after the 1st days use. It may be an "old" devise but it is still quite effective and very cost efficient. Exercise equipment doesn't have to be huge or costly to be effective. We are very satisified with this "oldie but goodie".

this thigh master is perfect to firm up, I use it while I'm watching tv. really gives u a work out,has a lot of resistance.good for inner and outer thighs back of thighs,chest and arms.all depending which way you hold it. YOU WON"T BE DISSAPONTED!
