I bought this book as a gift for a high school soccer player. It is an excellent guide for his weight-training to give him focus. He appreciates knowing that the specific exercises he is doing will translate into better performance on the field.
Bought the book for my dad who's a new coach for high school boys' soccer and he loved it. There are a lot of VERY specific exercises... including how to build up strength, speed, agility, etc.
Great!! I coach soccer and this really helps keep the players, and myself in shape!
