      Since I work out on a regualr basis with hand weights & resistance bands I thought I would purchase the book and see what I'm already doing to help my golf game & what I need to add. Unless you belong to a gym the book is not worth buying. Most exercise require access to weight & circut training machines. I was very disappointed.
