The Ramp itself is okay, not as hefty as it appears in the picture. It does not do well on carpeted areas, slips a lot. The worst part about it was 2 of the DVD's included were bent and unable to be viewed. Not a good product especially for what it costs.

The ramp is an excellent device for aerobic workout. It provides a fun alternative to other forms of exercise and is designed to be versitile and fun to use.
