I bought this for my 8 month old. I obviously cannot leave him unattended on it and he cannot climb on it himself, but if I sit him on it he knows to hold the handles and I can rock him on it. He loved it. First off it took only about 3 minutes to put together....the handles just twist on and the horse only had a couple of nuts that attach it to the base. This was a relief because everything else we have received from overstock has came in 500 pieces :) The horse is of good quality and very cute. It is solidly stuffed yet has a soft feel. I am happy with my purchase overall!

It looks to be a beautiful rocking horse. As stated above I have no reason to think different as we have been more than satisfied with all the things we purchase at Overstock. If there is a problem I certainly will let you know when I wrap it.

While my granddaughter will not yet ride her Christmas horsie. I feel like it was a good value. The only thing I would change is a volume control for the whinny-ing and hoof beat sounds. It's pretty loud and adds to the intimidation factor. BTW she is 22 months old.

I purchased this horse for my 18 month old son for Christmas. I was initially surprised at how light the box was that I received and didn't think it could be the horse. When I opened the box, I was disappointed to find a horse that I believe to be very poor quality. Everything is very cheaply made. I would not recommend this item!
