    • Simple and functional

Bought one 3 years ago and it's still holding up, just bought another as the bike collection grows.

    • Just what I wanted...

Easy to assemble, stacks two bikes on top of each other for optimum garage storage, and it hugs the bikes closer to wall than they are when sitting on their kick stands.

    • Great Bike Stand

I love that you don't have to drill anything into the wall. It's very lightweight and easy to transport if you move.

    • Eh.

It holds the bikes, but it's a little flimsy. I suggest attaching it to wall if there's any chance you'll bump into it or everything crashes down.

    • Great Bike Storage

For either in the house or the garage, these bike storage racks are great. Great design and finish. I'd highly recommend this for anyone looking for an easy way to protect their investment from the extreme heat of a garage like we experience here in Arizona.

    • Cheaply made

This product was poorly made. The screws didn't fit into the holes. After an hour of trying I just gave up. So I still need to buy a bike rack.

    • works well

Once put together the rack works great! the holes to put the screws in were too small.... after fighting it for a while, i drilled the holes out to make the screws fit. Piain to put together, but once up it's great!

    • works great

very simple to put together. very sturdy against a wall without needing to drill into it. For 50 something dollars it was a very good deal.

    • Great value; ingenious space saver

This is a great way to store your bikes inside, particularly if you are renting and don't want to tear up the walls. There are probably sturdier and more expensive options out there, but this rack was a great value. It seems a little rickety when the bikes are on there, but it's actually quite sturdy--we've never had a problem with the bikes falling or shifting. And it is attractive! Our only regret is that we didn't purchase this years ago. We've been tripping over our bikes for far too long.

    • Good easy use bike stand

Assembles very easily and quickly. Works as advertized. I ordered a second one as we are a multi-bike family. Has really helped organize the garage and bike storage.

      • price function

      • Gotta get bikes off of the ground to free up space in our basement.

      • Needed more room in my garage

      • looks useful

      • looking for a solution for kids bikes. compared to the lean machine and this looked sturdier.

      • Based on price, form factor and reviews, this look like a good choice to meet my bike storage needs.

      • We were looking for something to take our bikes off the ground and save space.

      • Small space in apartment, Cheap, no drilling required.

      • Because it doesn't have to be mounted to the wall

      • Flexibility of placement. Most bike racks for the garage are mounted on the wall which requires you to drill into a wall stud... this design eliminates that so your flexibility of placement increases (the space I need to store the bikes is very tight and the wall studs don't happen to located in the most opportune place.

    • My box didn't come with screws or tools. Do those come separately?

      • Hello confused20something, I'm sorry you received your package missing items. I am having customer care contact you. Have a great day!

    • Can you adjust where the arms are vertically? I would only be using this for one bike, so I'd probably want them somewhere between where they are shown in the picture. Thank you!

      • Hello shoesandhandbags, With the The Art of Storage Michelangelo 2-bike Gravity Stand you should be able to adjust the arms to have the bike vertically. You should exercise caution if you intend to use it in such a way. Please feel free to contact us again with any further questions. Thank you for shopping with us!

      • Yes, you can.

    • How long are the arms onto which the bikes are placed? Also, when the rack is against the wall and the arms are extended perpendicular to the wall (that is in a way that the arms extend the farthest from the wall) what is the distance from the wall to the furthest point on the arm from the wall? I'm trying to figure out how much depth in space this will require. Thank you very much for your help!

      • The arms of the rack are 10(ten) inches long and when they are extended out all the way they are 12(twelve) inches from the wall for both bikes to be hung. Thank you for shopping Overstock.com.

      • When the rack is against the wall, the arms extend to 13". When my road bike is on the upper rack, it extends out 19" from the wall (from the pedal to the wall).

    • Will this bike rack fit a bike like http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-1970s-John-Deere-Lightweight-Ladies-Bicycle-Bike-Rare-Collectible-/151110900021 with the bar tilted?

      • It's not a very stable rack. The silicon cover of the "hands" is easily broken. If you have a garage, you can easily install a hook to hang up the bicycles. The handles of these racks fell off easily as well. Unless you live in an apartment, there is no point of buying this rack, not safe, not stable and difficult to use .

    • Can this rack handle a "thick" framed bike such as a mountain bike?

      • Hello jaymullin, Yes this rack can handle a thick framed bike such as a mountain bike. Please feel free to contact us again with any further questions. Thank you for shopping with us!

      • Yes - my CX frame goes on fine. I put the heavier bike on bottom rung though and then my road bike on top.

    • Is this bike rack safe if you have a two year old? How easily can it be pulled over?

      • Thank you for your interest in the The Art of Storage Michelangelo 2-bike Gravity Stand. I would not recommend having your 2 year old around this.

      • I don't imagine a two year old could pull it over. It does come with a thing to attach it to the wall for extra safety though, so I would recommend doing that just to be safe.

      • It has a optional attachment that you can screw to the wall. A two year old will not be tall enough to disturb this. Find something else to distract your two year old with! ; -)
