Very poor quality. fiberglass poles are too thin for holders. flimsy. not truly waterproof according to instructions with product. Missing parts. I'll be returning.

The product was shipped and arrived in good time; there were unexpected defects and missing parts in the accessory bag (plastic) that was torn and open upon arrival. Was unable to assemble the product because of defective (fractured section) of pole. Had to restring the elastic "rope" that holds together the pole sections. No instruction sheet or diagram to assist in assembly. Called Customer Service and spoke to "Bob" who promised to ship out replacement parts for defective and missing items but did not receive them. Chatted with Ovestock to arrange return of the product which was handled promptly and professionally. Dissatisfied with the product quality and vendor response but highly satisfied with Overstock's handling of the problem.

I was presently surprise that the colors what what I neede for my back yard. It also was easy to assemble, I thought I was going to need help but didnt. Will see how it last when the winds pick up over 30 miles per hour.
