Went for a 5 day camping trip last week and tried out my new propane stove. It worked just fine. Sets up in no time at all, started easily, bruned clean and I had no problems with it. Satisfied customer.
Bought the stove as a gift to replace an old Coleman. Not worth the money. Cannot cook on both burners at the same time and expect the food to actually cook. If both burners are lit neither will light higer than low. Not effective, don't be stuck in the wilderness with this like he was.
We aren't going to know the results until camping season begins. I bought this for my son in law and I can say he was pretty excited about it.
This went into my survival stock.......we are all electric in our house.

I bought a Texasport camping grill several years ago and used it faithfully while camping,. It worked well - however, I did not rely on this stove for all my cooking. When camping, I used the campfire as my primary cooking source. This worked well, though, for gettting a few odds and ends together or when first awakening and wanting to heat water for my first cup of coffee. It is now worn out from use (('ve had it about 10+ years) and getting ready to purchase another one. If you need high output (high flame) then get the high output version. I find the greatest use is light cooking and it is awesome for those days when the power goes out due to winter weather or spring storms.
