Was As advertised. Cooked the best turkey I've Cooked to date

the size is perfect what i will be using it for the handle did come off and it was a struggle to put back on, should be an easy fix for a handy person the lid sits flush in only one particular spot, good quality iron very heavy, need both arms to lift unless you are a very burly person, i am not i will be using it for baking in it and not cooking, it will make a great convection oven out of doors

The dutch oven is a great size one problem with it is that the lid only seals if turned to one particular spot - as it is kind of "warped"? - so it will be a bit difficult to turn our lid while dutch oven cooking as we generally rotate the lid 1/4 turn to equalize heat during a cooking session. that is our one disappointment with the product. the oven seasoned well after burning off the wax. We like the location of the handle and the ease of lifting off the lid the weight is not as heavy as some of our other dutch ovens - even though it is quite large - so it is easier to carry around. We hope it is as durable over time. The price was very reasonable and it shipped quickly. We will use this oven a lot.
