Excellent construction and materials. I've had it in 50mph gusts a few times and pretty substantial rain storm. Stayed dry!! Great canvas and zippers. The only thing that keeps me from rating it excellent is, if you are not on level ground, you can't cinch the rain fly up/awning tight and it flops around in the wind. And, you cant use the rain fly without the awning. It's attached.

It is very quick set up. We hadn't set it up before and we arrived at our campsite later than planned- so in the near dark it was up quickly - took longer to full the air bed . Good buy and cheaper than at the stores or buying directly from Coleman

I bought this for a beach trip in Nags Head....did not survive. The wind is too strong. Maybe ok for camping but not beach shelter.

This pop up really works as advertised. It's a little hard to fold, but actually goes back into a nice carry/ storage bag.

  • Great tent for month long camping in Hawaii

We purchased this tent for a working vacation in Hawaii and basically are using it as an extra bedroom where we are staying. I love that you can walk right in and stand up to change clothes. A queensize air mattress leaves about 3 feet on the side for clothes, a small table for charging devices and a walkway area to stand. It survived its first rain storm last night with no leaks (we sprayed it with silicone before use) and the large rainfly overhang allowed use to leave the 4 large windows open for ventillation, which capture the cross-breeze nicely. Only complaint I have is the thin zipper flap that constantly gets caught up in the zipper if one is not careful (wood give 5 stars if not for that). I read a few reviews saying it was confusing to put up, but it seemed straight forward and basically works like anyother dome tent. Overall a great value for the price and would definately recommend it for family camping or extended trips.
