IT WORKS I have been using it for just a short time and it is wonderful. I am 72 and have had back pain due to an accident for 20 years. After using this wonderful machine it has loosened up my spine and I am almost pain free. It is a wonder. Just by the inversion it has helped with nerve pain and I can now move with a lot more ease I am not stiff anymore. It is wonderful and everyone should have one.

So sad Arrived in a huge, heavy box left by my front door. I was somehow able to kick the box into my house. I didn't know it required assembly. I can't maneuver the box, let alone assemble it because I have a bad back! I have no idea if using this will help me. I had high hopes. The huge heavy box still sits inside my door. I can't even move it. Very sad.

Going batty I bought this to help me get rid of a chronic sinus infection. "Going batty" for 20 minutes a day has done the trick in just a few days. It is also a great way to stretch the spine and relax. I would recommend this product to anyone for health maintenance. One needs good comfortable shoes to keep the feet from losing circulation. I find it helps to just jiggle the feet once in a while.

It really helps! I bought this item in May 2013. I waited a long time to review it. This thing is amazing. I get on it in the morning after I get up, and before I go to bed. My back has never felt this good. I'm stiff in the morning when I get up, but after a minute or two on the Teeter, my back makes a few popping noises and I'm good to go the rest of the day. I highly recommend it.
