Approximately half of the 48 recycled balls I received from Overstock were in unacceptable condition. I expected the odd scuff, but many of these the outer layer was actually cracked and peeling off in places! I have never seen this happen to golf balls of any age or make. Certainly not a consequence of striking the ball with a club. Perhaps these balls were collected from the club car park, where after being damaged on the tarmac, they were then run over a few times before Overstock got to them?

Most ball were badly chipped and scarred. Some were marked practice. Definitely these were bottom of the barrel. I do not recommend.

I found distance to be slightly above average however a deependable ball around the green offering good control for chipping and putting!
