Swiss Army Knife
The first one of these I got I bought when in Switzerland. I now have 2 of these and they are constant companions. I am in the meat business and a much needed tool in all the things I do. It is light enough for dress slacks and has gotten me out of tight situations and tasks. A lock failed in a restroom traveling on the road, and I dismanted the lock, broke out of the restroom and handed the owner the lock mechanism as I left. The owner had called the fire department and I met the chief at the front door. It was written up as I had a "burglar tool"...true story! A MUST HAVE if or when you find yourself in an unusal situation and a real "bugger" in getting the JOB DONE..Jeff

Handy gadget to carry
Purchased at the suggestion of my daughter, this Swiss Army Knife is a nice gadget to have. It has everything I need, especially the corkscrew, scissors, and screwdrivers. I'm looking forward to having it available the next time we travel overseas (it would be in our checked baggage, of course) so I can shop at the farmers' markets and get fresh produce and peel, slice, and eat it on the spot. And open the requisite bottle of wine, too.

Not what was described
This is the Climber II not the original so beware.. climber II is 15 bucks on amazon climber is 20$. Still a nice knife but not what I wanted..will be keeping it as it took forever to get here.

Good knife, Incorrect version/color representation
Metal and sharpness are up to the Swiss mark. But item title and Image included on here represent the Climber. Knife shipped to me was the Victorinox Climber 2 with a nylon handle having a matte finish and darker red color. Image shown is for the Climber (original) with a glossy bright red finish. Im sure the quality is up to the mark but the nylon handle is not as classy as the original and looks cheaper. I'm dissapointed because I thought I was getting the knife described in the title displayed and picture shown (Climber original). Inaccurate info. Hence I cant give this 5 stars.
