  The only issue was some of the bags were torn and then wrapped around the pallet, so if you are not paying attention, you will have bark everywhere. I'm using this to go around my flower beds, instead of a playground. I'm trying to get out of the business of having to change the wooden bark down either every year or every other year. On the bag, it states good up to 12 years. I compare this product to the one on Amazon and found it cheaper here. Especially since I am a O member and shipping was free. It was worth the membership fee just for the shipping.

  • How accurate was the sizing? I'm assuming it was correct.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. I have just ordered my third pallet. So far, it is holding up.

  The product does not mount as it appears in the photo. I purchased this to mount on a wood beam and it appeard that the mounting plate would screw right into the wood. There is a long bolt that goes throught the mounting plate and attaches to the swing hanger. This item needs to be mounted on a metal frame or some place that you have access to top of the support beam. I sent it back.

  This is a unique item to add to a playscape. You must however push your kids around, there is no way for them to go around by themselfs. It would be a better product if it had a steering wheel in the middle for kids to push themselves around rather than mom or dad standing there doing it. Also, the height listed on the description is not correct. We have an 8' playscape and I was afraid it would not be long enough, however the product does come with a extention pole to attach to other heights. The kids enjoy it, I just wish they could make themselves go around.

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Fair, our black bottom surface cover does not cover the plywood properly
  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? no, black cover for bottom does not fit correctly. Will probably use glue to fix problem.
