  • Product was Crap!

    1st off I don't usually do reviews and i definitely do not complain, i did not send the product back and did not send a nasty email to customer service.. I saw this request to review this morning and felt obligated. This was our 1st time using overstock and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. We raised funds for my son's pre-k program to build a play yard. I felt like this play house would be perfect and would not only look great but hold up for a while. Once received the box was in shambles and i was afraid their were missing pieces as the delivery guy was shoving pieces back in upon delivery. ( I get that this is a ups issue). I would have sent it back had we not been working so hard to get this play yard done and on time for the kids and this being the final piece. When we opened the box to start building we noticed that the quality of the wood (if you can call it that) was terrible and the pieces were held together by staples...staples that did not hold. We had to rebuild the door and all the roof pieces. Once we started to build it seemed almost as if someone had tried before and returned the product not to mention nothing really lined up. Thanks to 2 very handy dad's we got the playhouse built and somewhat reinforced. The door nob was missing and some other parts/screws. All in all after the product was put together i have doubts that it will even last the school year. I would not recommend at all.

    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. This product was practically falling apart and needed to be reinforced
