My 2 1/2 year old put this on and just took off. It gave him the confidence to try everything on his own. Within two weeks he had taken off the suit and is comfortable enough to swim by himself. Great starter suit!!!

I was apprehensive about ordering because of the size chart and size choices not being clear. But because of the other review stating that it ran small I decided to order it anyway. I woud say that the size chart for this item is for "infant" because my duaghter is 2 and petite (21lbs.) ...it fits great and she still has room to grow! Very cute too.....

The stated size runs about 30 lbs smaller. I bought a size large for my daughter which should have fit, but didn't even come close. It does seem very nice though if it were to fit. Now I will have to give this away- not worth paying for the shipping to send back.
