I live in a apartment and wanted a spa. I saw this and thought well this will do....WELL I have been SO excited about this product. It took less than 20 minutes to get it up and going. Fill with a garden hose and that's all there is to do. It took about 8 hours to get it up to 104 but I've left it at this temperature and it goes on when it gets below this number. The bubbles are wonderful and very powerful. I use this every night before bed and just LOVE it. I highly recommend this product. It deflates in seconds and can be kept in the box it came in,

i was verry happy with the way i was taken care of it doesnt matter how good the product is if the customer service isnt any good in this case i love my hot tub use it every day and i am verry please with your company;i would buy from you again

I bought this jacuzzi 6 months ago, thought it was the best thing since sliced bread until the heater stopped working. i called the manufacturer and explained that I only had this for 6 months, that said it only comes with a 3 month warranty. THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME!!!!!!!HOWEVER when i called Overstock they felt terrible and offered to pay for a service call. They came out and concluded the circuit board was dead. Told me it would cost $300 FOR THE CIRCUIT BOARD AND ANOTHER $140 FOR THEM TO COME OUT AGAIN AND FIX IT. I wrote Overstock and explained to them the situation, a week later they delivered the entire circuit board FREE! Love you Overstock!
