We have two Bull Terriers and one Boxer/Lab mix who would love nothing more than to be in the driver's seat. This is sturdy and easy to assemble. It took me a few adjustments to make sure that they couldn't find a hole but now they are secure in the back. We have a Subaru Tribeca and it fits great.

This is by far the best value! I searched all over town looking for a barrier and all were over $50. Then I saw this on Overstocked and figured I should give it a try. It works perfectly for my needs since I have a 37 pound dog that is calm. If you had a wild dog I would suggest something else since this barrier is attached by suction cups top and bottom. Overall I am VERY happy with my purchase!!!!

For the price, you get what you pay for. I have a 07 KIA Sportage and this product does not extend enough to fit between the floor and ceiling so I did as other reviewers have done and added 2x4"s. It tends to slip off the ceiling on occassion. Don't know if that's because I don't have it tightened enough. The product is OK. My dog is a 12 yr old 50lb dog that just wants to sit in the front seat every time she can get and this does keep her from getting there which is the whole point of purchase. I would NOT recommend this for very active dogs or puppies or multiple active dogs, but it's fine for my oler dog that most of the time obeys. All in all it will do what I want.

This product is perfect if you own an SUV. It can be adjusted to fit any model and was easy to assemble. I have 2 Border Collies who like to move around a lot, this solved my problem, it is sturdy and easy to fit and remove. I priced the same model at different online stores and Overstock was $20 cheaper.

A tad bit hard to install, and cumbersome, but once done, this will stay in place. I highly recommend the product.

This is a very reasonably priced car gate. After assembly, the gate comes in and out easily with just a few wing nut adjustments that are done by hand. Solid and secure.

An excellent barrier for the price. No problem keeping my huskys in the back. The only drawback is that I had to replace the screws that tighten the horizontal bars with screws and nuts. The screws just wouldn't tighten enough. But overall, a great deal.

I have a very small hatchback car so this was the only product I could find that was compact enough for me. Considering the inexpensive price this is a great deal for the money. It is a little flimsy but I am quited satisfied with the product overall.

I recently installed this barrier in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was easy to put together. To install from floor to ceiling, I had to put a small block of wood under each side in order for it to be tall enough. It works very well.

Awesome, works as advertised, others are more expensive and this does the job just as well, great deal.

I bought this because a friend of mine has one also. We both found the same issues with the gate - not the most sturdy, the cross bars don't stay up (even when you use the screws provided), so you have to get creative. This works for my dog as he's older and can't be bothered to knock it down, but for a puppy, it might not work so well. I think for the money it is well worth it. You'd pay much more for one in the store and it would be the same quality.

For the price, you won't find anything better. This easily set up in my Escape and took no more than 10 minutes to fully put together. It uses a series of screws to tighten the height and width bars properly into place. The wonderful part is that there will be no damage to your car because you aren't screwing anything into your car. The only problem we have had with it so far is that the adjustable bars slide up and down the poles if my dog jumps on it trying to get through...he's just a puppy though and I'm sure that once he gets used to it he will be more comfortable. I am going to buy a second one for our other car we like the product so much.
