Hits the spot...but not hard enough.
I purchased this kettlebell to add some resistance to my lower-body strength training. This 5lb weight does add a bit of resistance, but it wasn't challenging enough for me. So I ordered the 10lb kettlebell. Hopefully it proves more effective.
