Got this for my teen daughter for xmas last year. She has since lost 50lbs., this product became part of her fitness regimen and it is the perfect size for her to fit in her room. Easy to assemble and excellent price in fact, I see it's less expensive now than when I got it. Probably not for someone that is very big may not hold up, but other than that another good deal for someone who is just starting to try to get into exercise.

I received the equipment and found that one of the steps had a broken pieceon it. However, it did not effect the workability of the item. Therefore I did not return it. The overall ability of the product to do what I purchased it for was good. And I use it daily. I think that it could have been packed for shipping a lot better.

Great workout potential,but mine had a leaking hydraulic cylinder.No warranty or contact numbers for this item either,but the Overstock.com folks gladly sent me a replacement.I simply returned the defective one. Good customer service from Overstock!

Nice and simple exercise machine. Relatively easy to put together. Comfortable to use. As advertised, I do not feel stress on my joints which is a huge plus. The ones at our base gym made my knees hurt. Doesn't take up much room, and it is not too heavy to move to different parts of the house.

A great product for the money. I needed an extra piece of workout equipment that did not take up too much space and could be a quick work-out. It took 5 minutes to put together and is easy to move out of the way. I would recommend.

I am totally satisfied with this stepper. I started using it just for a few weeks ago and already noticed the difference in the strength of my legs. More energized. The handle bars are great for balance too.

I found this product to be strong, light weight & worth the $$$ I spent on it. the only thing the bothers me is the sound the shocks make after about 15 min.

Well I just received this item and it looks pretty good but I will never know. The cable that you are instructed to fix onto the wheel isn't long enough so I can't even use it. It's really a shame. It's not worth a penny if you get a faulty piece of equipment. I'm sort of sad and on the line with customer service now. The instructions are simple but so cheap that there isn't even a phone number to contact the company for a replacement part. It's too bad! I have to say I will not reorder this.

i am very happy with this product. it is well built for the money. the twist feature is nice.
