It's great. I use every day for 30 - 40 minutes and I have notice great improvements in how my legs and arms look. Am a female 66 years old.

I received my machine quickly and it was better than I had thought it would be. I use a $3,000 machine at the gym and my new machine worked as well as the expensive one. So far no problems with the mechanics, so I will hold judgement on that aspect. In general I am very satisfied at this point.

Hi, I really like this machine. It has help my back so much that I purchase another one for my sister in Boston who also has a bad back. I hoping it's going to help her. The crazy fit is very well made. Easy to put together. Well worth the $$$. i recommend this product.

I purchased this machine as I can not work out as trouble with neck, back, knees. This is something that I can do for better health. So far love it, see a big difference in the cellulite and toning over all. I feel this is a great product, quiet, easy, I think that using this on a regular basis will really help in all problem areas. Saw on the doctors show for another procedure that used this type of viberation plate before the procedure. Also saw on the news at a gym that on a bigger and more expensive model girl was losing inches and cellulite. Needless to say very hopeful for good out comes for myself.

I was hesitant to buy this--I mean, what the hey??? But I read a ton of research on whole body massage for weight loss, muscle strengthening, and even building stronger bone. So I bought it--and I LOVE IT. I use it twice daily--10 minutes each time--mainly for the hips, thighs, waist areas. You can do various positions to get the full effect on your arms or legs. Can't believe it really works!!

THE VIBRATION MOVES THE ON/OFF SWITCH, SO I HAVE TO UNPLUG IT AFTER EVERY USE.

I Love the Machine. I have used a much more expensive machine of this type. This one does as well, I have so much more energy. The only problem is the on/off switch broke the second day. I use the plug to turn it off and on. For the money it is a bargain.

The Crazy Fit is more powerful than I expected. It literally vibrates so hard (on the higher speeds) that the shaking skin almost hurts! It is too soon to tell for sure how well it will work for fat loss but It does make your muscles feel sore the next day. I think it is great! The down side is the difficulty in deciphering how to set the BMI...it is in the metric system.

After reading the reviews I thought I'd take a chance on this product. I've been interested in vibration technology the last couple years and I thought this product would be an affordable way to try it out. The positives were fast delivery, pretty easy assembly and it is quiet. The cons were the info is scant and no company name and number for parts or questions. The platform design with the way the handles are set up makes using the platform in different positions difficult. I'm only 5'2 / 112#. I thought it was small. The second day my on/off switch stopped working and I had to unplug it to turn it off. I also noticed during assembly that the wiring that controls everything is cheaply made which made me afraid it wouldn't last long and the switch may quit completely. I have returned this item. If you get one that works properly I'm sure you'll appreciate the benefits of vibration technology.

I like this machine very much as far as how it makes me feel. I am concerned that the instructions were so sparce and that one of the panel screens does not seem to work. There is no company name to call and I don't know how to fix it. It also will not turn off on the main panel, so I have to us a power button or unplug it. Looked all through the booklet that came with it and could not find the name or a contact number anywhere of who to call for advice.

I did a ton of research on this product, my girlfriend had bought the exact same one a couple of months ago, and swears by it. She only had it 3 weeks, using it only 10 mins in the morning, and 10 mins at night, using no other workout systems, and said her cellulite was gone, with noticable toning. I have been using it along with several other workout systems, so I cannot credit any results on the machine alone, although, I do enjoy it, and so do my friends. For the money, I can't complain.

I have been reading about these machines and the fitness levels they profess to have and I didn't want to put a lot of money into an expensive model without trying this out and Overstock had the right price for me. I read the previous reviews and thought I'd take a chance. I put it together this morning and started it up right away and was pleasantly surprised at the quietness and the ease of using this machine. It does shake you up and you do feel the workout but it doesn't feel like a stressful workout. I am in pretty good shape to start with but am getting older and want to keep muscle tone so time will tell how this works out. The 10 minutes of work out 3 times a day go pretty quick and I am up to a 10 on the speed scale. No side effects, and I felt pretty good afterwards. There were no stresses on my joints after or soreness hours later. I am looking forward to using this and hopefully it will lead me to buy a better machine if this works out. I received this very quickly and it took about 50 minutes for me to put together. So far I like it alot.

This machine certainly does as promised. It will shake you very well. I certainly felt the blood pumping after a session with this machine. It feels bizarre and their is a big jump from the gentle rocking of level 1 to the bone shaking of level 2, but I like it. Will the pounds melt off? Highly doubtful, but if you want to get your blood circulating better this is the thing for you.

I love this machine. It took me 55 minutes to put together. Very easy. You really get a good workout. I start on a slow speed and increase as I go. So far, 7 is a good workout. I am looking forward to amazing results...time will tell. FedEx beat the box up pretty good, but nothing was damaged, thank goodness.

After reading many articles on Vibration fitness training I turned to Overstock to see what they had to offer. I read the reviews on the Crazy Fit Vibration Plate Fitness Machine and decided to purchase it. It arrived quickly and was not hard to put together. It is quiet even on level 20. WIth knees slightly bent you will feel the burn. I did feel like I was on a ship after using it for the first few times, but that feeling has now subsided. In the first week of using it I have lost 3 lbs. and I can actually see my muscles toning. I would recommend to anyone interested in this product to see how other people use it, you can get quite creative on poses to get to different muscle groups... It is not meant to just stand there. Search on youtube for vibration fitness training to get some ideas. This machine is not just shaking you, it is causing your muscles to contract at a rate similar to a workout, but without the strain. All in all I must say it is amazing, and I feel great. Have your friends and family try it and watch them laugh as they experience this strange new sensation.

The product seems great so far. I really like the way I feel when I am done using the machine, my body feels better and and muscles feel relaxed. I did notice a motion sickness feeling the first few times I used the machine so start of on the lower levels if you are prone to motion sickness. Overall I love the machine and Overstock is always a great shopping experience. Thank you.

This is one incredible and fantastic piece of exercise equipment! For the price, it is a super buy! It provides a rocking motion, which may seem simple at first, however, after just a few minutes standing on that machine, or sitting on the platform, you will discover it is much more than simple. The rocking motion improves balance, coordination, movement of various body motions. As you stand on the platform, you can rotate and bend your knees, and create "dance" motions which further enhance toning of the muscles. You can also hold and lift hand-weights, and the added rocking motion greatly increases the strengthening of muscles, which you will sense in your calves, your thighs, and buttocks. And this is all on LOW settings, too! I would not recommend setting higher than about 3 or 4 level, not until you become much more adept at using the machine. I would AVOID using higher setting over 5 or 6, at least initially, and not even use the higher settings. There is virtually NO NOISE, and the machine I purchased is very sturdy, very quiet, and feels like a high-quality machine. I have it sitting outside on my covered patio, however, the machine is probably best suited in-doors, as it is a quality piece of equipment. It is quite heavy, and does not "move about", and is very stable. I read that this machine was originally developed by Russians. It is NOT a toy, though you will experience a lot of enjoyment using it, and if you run two cycles, with ea cycle at ten minutes, you will likely be sweating profusely even at low settings of only 4 or 5! The "simple" rocking motion creates FAST TONING of muscles. My machine has level up to 20, far too powerful for me to endure at this time. Most people should start at level one only, and work-up to level two and so forth. You will feel the 'burn', a good sensation that your muscles have had a good work out. If you hold and lift hand-weights of 5#'s each, biceps and triceps as well as calves and thighs will have an incredible work-out! Your muscles will quickly become very toned. I use 15# hand-held weights, and simply lifting those weights above the head is a strongly felt motion/exercise. You can also sit on the platform, though I would recommend using a small pillow. Also, probably best to wear sturdy tennis shoes etc while standing on the platform -- you will notice your feet also get a work-out. As you become more accustomed to the rocking motion, you will quickly advance to being able to move about without holding onto the bars, and will notice greatly improved strength and balance and sense of increased co-ordination -- this is hard to describe. It's a very well-built machine. I plan to use mine 'forever'. Mine was manufactured in Korea .....the quality is superb. Do NOT let children attempt to play on it, it probably requires supervision. For some people: May wish to wear knee 'stabilizers' initially, unless using only at lowest settings. There is no doubt, after using the machine, there is increased oxygenation of blood, and organs; and likely increases the flushing of the 630+ lymph glands throughout the body, too, which improves the entire immune system. You will feel the work-out effects very quickly, and profoundly. And it is so "SIMPLE" and easy to use. :) It's FUN, too!
