Cheap additional dumbbell bars
For what you get, the Sunny 14-inch threaded dumbbell bars are a deal. They take standard plates, and the spin locks have a round bit of rubber to help keep the plates on the bar where you want them. That said, I did experience some loosening of the spin locks as I did my sets. Slight inconvenience, but a minor issue that is acceptable when you take into consideration the price of the item, at least for me.

14 Inch
I have used the 14-inc Threaded Dumbell Bars for more or less 2 weeks.It works good the only problem with it, is that it get loose pretty quick. so before every set i have to tied it up.
