Paddle is great, Overstock is better!
I bought this paddle for my boyfriend, who is a very avid amateur table tennis player. I had never used Overstock before and was annoyed when I saw that my order was processing for three days when it said that the product should ship in 1-2 days. After using the Customer Service chat function to talk to who I thought were just chatbots (not sure, they could still be chatbots) I recieved emails saying that my issue was being reviewed and that they would "reply within 24 hours". After feeling extremely fed up I checked my order status one more time, only to realize that the package was already en route to me and that the delivery date had been moved to an earlier date! The customer service was mind-boggling at first,but I see now that Overstock really did do something to resolve my anxiety about getting this paddle on time! Im definitely going to use this site again.
