    I have a lighter version of this kettlebell and I find the 36# bell to be much easier to adjust. This unit is a lot cheaper than comparable models by others and because of the low cost shipping of Overstock.com, I was able to save on the shipping costs too. Definitely, worth the money.

    • Want to get into kettlebell workouts, it's a great strength and cardio workout in one. Really defines and tones muscles. Since I live in a small apartment, I love finding great workouts that require little space to do. This kettlebell takes it a step further and combines multiple weights into one.
