I have to say this by far the best investment I've made towards a healthier me in a while. It was very simple to put together. It is Great! I love it! As of yet I have no complaints.
Mechanically this bike is sturdy, rides smooth, and operates very quietly. The computer and electronics on this product are another story. I assembled the unit and was trying it out when I noticed that the exercise programs would not initiate. Upon further inspection of the computer, the battery holder was glued to the control board (glue everywhere), wires were bent and damaged, and the workmanship on the circuit board itself was very poor. As a result, the computer does not know that the bike is being pedaled. I am contacting customer service to get a replacement computer. I hope the problem is in the computer and not with the sensor located on the bike itself because I do not want to have to disassemble, re-pack, and ship this box that weighs over 70lbs.

This bike is so smooth and easy to operate! I have RA and this bike is close to the floor making it easy to operate even in pain. My Mom also likes this bike and purchase one! Great for young and old alike! Highly recommended!!!!!!
