Not worth it
I have problems walking and thought this would be a good substitute. It was not, the bands are so streatchey that they do not give any resistance. The instructions were also hard to follow when putting it together. If you are looking for something to exercise with find another product.

good for the price
got this product for everyday workout use it while watching TV very compact does not get in the way I have larger machines but they take up too much room very good for rehab not to hard to use

Stamina InStride Stem'nTone
I am extremely pleased with the Step"nTone. I had some difficulty with assembly but my 14 year old grandson assembled it within a matter of minutes. He also enjoyed showing me how to us it. And he uses it when he come for a visit. I am 84 years old and hope it will keep my upper torso and legs strong so I can continue to care for my house and yard.

I am very pleased with the product and what it accomplishes. The directions are not clear and took a lot of guessing to put it together.
