Awesome for my back and nuerological issues relax. A little crazy to put together at first. You definitely need two people. One of the screws didn't go in at all, but it wasn't a big deal. Make sure you look at all screws and bolts before you start putting them in, because some are shorter and require to be placed at the right place. It seems to be made for a smaller lighter person. I am small and not too heavy so it works well for me. If you are 200lbs or more or tall I could see it being a problem. It does not go a full inversion, which is fine for me. You are not really seated while inverted, but the middle foam area makes it feel like you are since it causes you to bend you knees. Since I am shorter the balance of my weight does not take it back all the way so I either have to unhook my feet or take out the middle foam rollers. It is a space saver too, I have it in my bedroom and it looks fine, fits fine and doesn't need a lot of room to go back. I like it use it quite often mornings and nights before bed and in between if I need a stretch. For the money, it is well worth it.

Not what it claims to be. Congratulations to the Grandma from Ohio who assembled the machine in an hour. The company was nice enough to pre-assemble the difficult center portion of the device, but it still took me two hours to put together (and two of the screws did not set fully in place even after using additional tools not included in the kit.) I also found the directions poorly written (too many elements on one page, too few close ups). Ah, but it is a solid device, I said to myself, only to find that the ankle grips are not adjustable, and more importantly, it does not invert to vertical (i.e. to 6 o'clock)--only to about 3/4 (around 4:30). I would gladly return it, once I have another 2 hours to disassemble it. POOR on assembly, GOOD on sturdiness, GOOD idea of have the seat that extends which makes it easier to mount, POOR on inversion.

I have had other inversion chairs. In order for a chair to work properly there must be a restraining device at the top of the thighs near the hips to hold you in the seated position while inverted. Ones weight while inverted needs to be pulling against the top of the thighs where the legs bed at the torso. That's the only way the pull will act on the spine.All I'm seeing in the picture is ankle restrain and a pad for under the knees. I'm concerned about inversion tables calling themselves chairs when they go flat in inverted position thereby negating all the benefits of being the legs in a seated position. Please advise if I would have to rig up my own straps to Hang from my hips on this one.
