recumbent bike/rower The machine arrived on time. Very clear instructions for assembly. It took about an hour & a half to put together. I'm very pleased with the quality of the bike. Very stable. Plenty of resistance when you turn up the dial. The seat scrapes across the bar a bit when using the rower.

All That and More I'm thrilled with this product. I'm an over 50 woman who's gotten a bit out of shape and I've used this for 30 minutes a day every day since its come it. It is nice and smooth on the joints and I like how quiet it is. Its very comfortable and I can feel myself getting fitter by the day without achy joints for lack of exercise for so long. It also has a tensioner to increase the intensity of the workout, so I can see this being used well by those who are in great shape and those who are in not such great shape.

Recument Bike/Rower I have used this bike/rower for over 2 weeks and can't find any bad things to say. I had no problem's purchasing the equipment from Overstock and the shipping was much quicker than I expected. All the tools needed to assemble it were included in the box. I wouldn't have a problem recommending this equipment to a friend.

great product We have had this machine for over a year, and are very pleased with the quality. I wanted something different, and this fits the bill. It quickly converts from rower to bike (in just a second), allowing a more diverse workout. Even though it is pretty long, we keep it in front of the TV in the living room. It is also easy for one person to fold up and move around if needed.

Everything and more for the money Package arrived in good shape. All parts were included. Instructions could have been a little clearer but we've seen worse. The operation of the product is actually more than described. The rowing/recumbent functions aren't the only exercises that you can do with this piece. Just a few changes described in the manual and you can use it for several other types of exercises. I don't remember seeing this mentioned in other reviews. Overall we are very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great product, poor packaging. When it arrived, the box it arrived in looked like it just survived Hurricane Katrina. The resistance dial was broken, but not destroyed. Other than the absolutely stupid packaging and delivery, i love this machine. It's well built, easy to assemble, and a perfect addition to my home gym. Every works exactly as you'd expect. The rower is fantastic, plenty of resistance, and the recumbant bike is fantastic as well. I am very large and have a lot of weight to lose, so i was concerned if it would be solid enuf for a larger person to use. It is very sturdy, and quite comfortable. I agree with others that have mentioned the computer display, it is worthless, and really only useful for keeping track of time. The calories and heart rate functions are totally inaccurate. Aside from the poor packaging and worthless computer display, i am very satisfied. Great machine!
