The bike arrived a week earlier than what the shipping notice said, so I was off to a good start. I didn't actually time myself but I estimate it took me somewhere between two and three hours to complete the assembly, working alone. The only glitch was the package containing the nuts, bolts etc. had opened during shipping and it took me a while to gather and identify them all. Luckily none were lost. The bike is very smooth and makes minimal noise. I don't have any difficulty hearing my TV, which I watch while peddling. I am pleased that I am now getting both a lower and upper body workout. I am very happy with my purchase.

    Purchased after heart stents. This is the perfect product for heart patients. Check with your doctor first! I love the look of this bike and the quality is heavy duty. The web site states "assembled" which is only slightly partially true...my husband assembled for me. Thankfully he's handy! So far I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would recommend to others. The monitor is great to have so you know speed, distance, time and calories burned.

The bike is very nice, and it took my husband maybe about 6 hours in a period of 2 days to put it together by himself, as there are too many parts, and there was no one to help him out. overall, I think this was a great purchase

    This exercise bike was so easy to set up and directions were clear how to use it. I like the monitor size because it is easy to use and set the way you want. I can sit in front of the tv and watch a show while riding. Quiet operation and ride. The seat is adjustable to go up or down as needed and the seat is larger and very comfortable. The bike is light enough for me to move out of the way because of the wheels on the front and then bring out when ready to go again. My husband likes the design and that it is not complicated to use.
