This attachment fits any AeroPilates reformer that has pulley risers. To use the Pull-Up Bar, simply loosen the locking knobs to remove the pulley risers, insert the Pull-Up Bar Attachment and re-tighten the locking knobs. Use one, two, three or four cords to make the pull-ups easier or more difficult. This is a great way to condition your upper body targeting back, shoulders, biceps and triceps.- Adds more upper body strength exercises to your usual reformer routine

Must have for the AeroPilates Gym The bar comes with a poster outlining lots of different exercises to do with the bar. It just adds another dimension to the gym, more great ways to shape and tone. Wonderful Addition I am a 68-year-old woman who has been using a three-cord AeroPilates machine for a little over a year. I previously added a stand and extra cords. The pull-up bar accessory completes my machine and greatly expands the versatility of exercises I can do. The accompanying chart with various exercises is easy to use. I am not mechanically inclined, but I easily removed the old end piece and attached the pull-up bar myself. I love this new addition to my AeroPilates machine.

Added help to the equipment! The additional purchase of the Pull-Up bar does add more dimension to a routine. I stand behind it for push up on for upper arm exercise, and to stretch my body by holding and reclining backward- along with supporting myself for other movements. It is a good height. It is also useful when lying down and pulling/stretching upper body and added workout.
