Our entire family uses this and loves it My doctor kept racing the benefits of Reformer Pilates. But after researching, we saw that the cost of most good machines was out of our price range. And I thought that I would be the only person in our house that would use it. Then I found this machine and with a 15% coupon that I had an my accumulated O Dollars, this was a great deal. Delivery was fast via UPS. Assembly was very straight forward, and I put it together with our 14 year old son, who immediately jumped on a used the video to workout. This comes with 3 DVD's even though it says only one. My wife and boys have started to use this on a regular basis. I love the workouts I get with this, form is important. Very sturdy. Great product.
