Nice piece of equipment. Im glad its an addition to my home gym.....however, putting this thing together wasnt the easiest project! Just prepare yourself for that otherwise i like it!

This is a well worth investment. Reasonalble inexpensive but packs a great deal of options for your core. This simple piece of equipment is a great way to strengthen your core. I use it every morning and have felt the results. Well worth it. All you have to do is use it.
