Better than I expected!
from Layton, UT,  Mar 5, 2009

I tried to find a bunch of reviews on this product aside from the one here on overstock before mine and found that people generally liked it, but I didn't expect anything like a gym quality machine upon getting it. I have horrible knees from playing several sports over the years and when I used this machine, it was awesome! My knees held up during my workout and it's just as good if not better than gym quality in my opinion. It is 100% worth the price and is quite better than I expected. A great buy!

Great Choice
from North Carolina,  Jul 15, 2009

WOW! I completely enjoy using this machine. This was a wise investment and well worth the money paid. I would definately recommend it to others. It was slightly difficult to put together, but with some patience it took about 2 hours and works great.

Stamina E
from Orange County, CA,  May 7, 2009

My husband, who is very handy, had a bit of a hard time putting this machine together. Once together, the left leg step keeps popping out of place, off the track. We have tried to adjust it to no avail. It looks like we will have to return it. When it isn't popping out of place, the machine is smooth and quiet. The digital display is very nice because it keeps track of calories burned, heart rate, speed and distance. I am disappointed that we will have to return it but we don't seem to have a choice.

It's an okay buy
from Lansing, MI,  Apr 22, 2009

All the reviews I had read were very positive, but I didn't have that great of an experience. I was missing pieces from the packing list that made it time consuming to put together because I was left to go to a hardware store to buy the missing pieces. Than after 4 uses the bolt securing the right foot pedal to the crankcase broke. This forced me to once again head back to the hardware to fix it on my own. It was an easy fix, but still not something I should have to deal with after 1 week of ownership. Aside from those two issues I've been satisfied with the product, it's pretty much everything I expected it to be performance-wise.

Only for small people... very small people.
from West LA, California,  Apr 9, 2009

I chose this elliptical for it's size and the great reviews it received. It does look nice and it has a small footprint (small enough to fit in the corner of our small living room without being the focal point). The machine says it can support up to 250lbs, but I would be surprised to see it survive under that much weight. My fiance is not a big guy at around 155lbs, and the first time he got on it it wasn't more than five minutes before it started creaking and squealing. I thought it was going to fall completely apart under him. When I'm on it it's fine, so as long as you're small and light on your feet, this machine does the job. Overall, I suppose it's worth the price we paid for it. But don't expect anywhere near a gym-quality piece of equipment with this elliptical.

on the money!
 Apr 5, 2009

This was exactly what I was looking for, reasonably priced, durable, nice looking piece of equipment that provides a great work out for a middle aged person that has not had a lot of experience on this type of equipment. I've seen more advanced ellipticals but they take up much more room and cost ALOT more money. Happy Camper

Great Machine
from Bronx, NY,  Mar 18, 2009

For the price you are paying the machine is excellent. If you are looking for a machine that can be easily moved around the house but still get a good cardio work out of it , this is the machine for you . Its quiet, durable and doesn't weigh anything. One person can build it, the directions are very clear and concise. You need a work out mat under the machine to keep it steady.

was hoping it would be better
from Rolla, MO,  Mar 16, 2009

recieved the machine in good time. The fly wheel had a crack in the casing but no big deal. The real problem is with the screws that hold the foot pedal in place--they want to unscrew when you pedal backwards. No problem if you only go forwards. Looks like a design flaw. I like the machine and it only took about an hour to put together. Asembly was easy with good directions and all parts fit well.
