I really like these chairs. They are comfortable and well put together. My Poker buddies enjoy them. I like these so much that I am planning of buying another set. The Table that these chairs go with can fit six well though there are eight spots.
A previous reviewer mentioned that the screws that connect the chair pad to the frame were the wrong size. When I put together the first chair I thought I had the same problem. However, on closer inspection there is a top and bottom to the frame that the padding attaches two. The holes for the screws that go through this frame are inset on one side. The big hole must be towards the floor, then the provided short woods screws fit perfectly. They also send an extra bolt of each size, in case of an issue they do not have to send you new bolts. I purchased 6 chairs and have put two together. After putting the first one together and realizing my mistake the second one was very easy and did not take much time at all. The chairs look very nice. The rollers work well on our tiled floor. The chairs are wider than I expected (they are replacing folding chairs), but not too big or bulky. So far I am very happy with our purchase. Overstock delivered them right away. I ordered the matching bar stools from a different site on the same day because OS did not have them. They are not expected to ship until 10 days from today.
Pros: This is a very nice looking chair. It is very inexpensive as well. Cons: If you were to buy, you must be very, very gentile. The legs have wheels, not many other features. After only a few uses, a wheel snapped off the chair. I only weigh 170 lbs, so that was not the issue. It is not fixable. I missed the return deadline.
I found these chairs to be perfect for my mom who wanted game table chairs on wheels. A previous review had an explanation as to an assembly issue, which we followed, and had little trouble assembling the chairs. My husband tried to make it more difficult by not letting the screws fall into the pre-drilled holes for the attachment of the seat...but once I straightened that issue out, the chairs came together quite nicely. These chairs are sturdy, a bit oversized, and quite comfortable. They are perfect for an 80+ year old bridge group.
I received them today, I was super excited, very easy to put together until you get to the very end- pre drilled holes at the bottom of the seat (no screw that was in the bag fit), did not use them but I was worried about the chair not being safe, I sat on it several times rolled around and it looked sturdy enough- Have extra screws, so we will see..... The chairs are part of the poker table from the same manufacturer- Will keep the chairs just worried about the extra screws....
