I purchased 2 of these for my grandchildren for Christmas gifts. They like them EXCEPT they incline to the right when going down hill. They cannot steer them. Is there some trick to getting them to go straight??setters2009 on Jan 5, 2014Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Hello setters2009, This snow tube is so much fun! It sounds like your snow tube may not be inflated all the way, causing it to veer to one side or the other. When you inflate the tube, keep one hand on the tube as it nears full inflation. You will be able to feel the tube stretching, as the stretching starts to slow down, optimal inflation is reached. One person should be able to stand on the inflated part of the tube without it indenting more than an inch. I hope this information helps. If you have further issues, please let us know. Thanks for shopping with us.

What is on the bottom of this tube? It looks awesome, but we ride on a hill that has tiny sticker bushes that poke through the snow sometimes. If the bottom isn't reinforced, I would be concerned it would puncture.mikefduda on Jan 29, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Thank you for your interest. According to the distributor, "The Speedseeker does not have any additional reinforcement, and we probably would not recommend for a hill with known sticks or other things that could puncture a tube. Instead, I would recommend the Rush, Sku 13841868, as it has a hard bottom and is much more resistant to puncture. The Crossover snow tubes (SKU 13841864 or 13999080) might also work as they have a tarpaulin bottom, but the Rush is really the best option."Please feel free to contact us again with any further questions.
