  • Perfect for storage!

    Dec 12, 2014

    clevett  from Columbia, MO, Rating:5.0

I've had this rack for almost a year and it's awesome. It stays in place very well and so far the arms do not slip more than can be expected. I put my roommate's heavier trail bike on bottom and mount my slender commuter on top. It holds them perfectly well and I've never felt like it would fall over or be a hazard. Absolutely love this product.

    Super Inversion Traction Unit

    Nov 23, 2014

larrygr  from Martha's Vineyard, MA, Rating:5.0

As a manual physical therapist, I was looking for a solid unit that I could not only traction clients on, but also do some mobilization techniques while their traction was going on, specifically at the S-I joints. I also wanted the unit for myself and my family. I have seen a number of units that don't compare. I would refer to the positive reviews shown prior to this one. The only negative, which was mentioned previously, that I agree with, are the small screws that secure the ankle restraints to the cross bar. They do loosen, and need tightening. I actually reinforced them with larger screws. Not a big deal, but nonetheless, should be addressed by their design engineering consultants. I have had the unit for 5 years now and believe it to be a must for my physical therapy practice and my own spinal maintenance. It is not for the elderly or unstable high blood pressure clients, and you must allow for some initial intolerance to the ballast build up in the head while inverted. ...

  • Loving This Purchase!

    Nov 12, 2014

Doubtful Consumer  from Metro Atlanta, GA, Rating:5.0

I am cursed when it comes to purchasing large items like this. (A lot of very bad buying and product experiences.) So when my doctor recommended a semi-recumbent bike as an exercise alternative for my recovering shattered leg/knee, I groaned at the prospect of finding one that would be a decent value, quality, etc. (And then groaned again at the thought of exercise, in general.) I've had the bike for a few weeks now and my whole family uses and loves it. It was easy enough to assemble (hurdle #1), I did it "mostly" myself without my husband's help. Could have done it all myself if it weren't for my mobility handicaps. It's very sturdy and easy to get on and off of - even with a gimpy leg and arm. The pedaling operation is so smooth and quiet, I couldn't believe it and the unit is so compact I can exercise in my den with my family in the evenings as we watch TV. The very first night, I worked up a good sweat pedaling 10 miles without a single twinge of knee pain. That was a life-changi...

  • Great weight bench for the price

    Oct 31, 2014

    ddmac22  from Oregon, Rating:5.0

Very solid metal bench, folds nicely by taking the pins in and out of the sockets. You can also screw in two bolts that come in the box if you wish to keep the bench at a permanent setting, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having an adjustable bench! Folds up nicely and leans against the wall, out of the way. Finally allows me to do proper flys again.

Works magic for my back! I try to use it twice a day. If I forget - I pay with the back pain. It is a temporary relief but I will take that! Any break is good if your back is killing you for years.
