I was excited to get a "Spinning" bike because thats what we use in our spin classes at the club. I ordered this product with no problems and set it up easily. I've had it about a month and rode it 4 times the first week and 4 the second. During my rides, when adding resistance and when I stood to "run", I would hear an occasional pop sound in the pedal area. I remembered hearing that sound during spin classes, so did not worry about it too much. The third week, on one of my rides, I loaded up the resistance for a steep hill climb and heard a continuous popping and clicking sound in the pedal area. Very disappointing. I called support and they suggested I lube the chain and adjust it to see if that made any difference (the same troubleshooting advice as in the manual). I have no problem doing this, but really did not expect, nor anticipate having to "operate" on this machine so early in owing it. I expected it to be more trouble free. Other than this happening, I would have been fine with the purchase.Read More
