Smart Health Pro Heart Rate Pedometer Watch -Small

I got this watch just to give myself estimates of my workout. I wasn't expecting it to be incredibly accurate, but I was surprised to find that the pedometer, the Heart Rate, and distance features are quite accurate (the only features I could compare). This gives me hope that the rest of the features are also accurate. I only had the watch for 8 months before I lost it, but it worked wonderfully the whole time. There is some initial set up that you have to do to get the spead and distance to work. You can also set up your target heart rate and it will let you know at what percent of your max heart rate your working at. I did notice that you have to stop moving to get an accurate heart rate--which is kind of annoying. Also, when resting your wrist against your skin it keeps taking your heart rate which I've heard wears down the battery, but I didn't get to where my battery needed replacing, so I'm not sure how long one lasts anyway. Well, I'm buying another one to replace the lost one.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. OK quality. The glass broke just by being dropped onto stone floor from about 3 feet. I'd had the watch about 1 month. Never had this happen on a watch before.

This watch is great! I use it primarily for the pedometer, but I occassionally use it for the heart rate feature. It is really easy to use. I had to read the instructions because I've never owned a watch like this before so it really was pretty simple to set up and operate. I have recommended it to my friends.

Luckily I purchased this item for the heart rate function and that works well. I would be extremely dissapointed if I had needed/wanted the pedometer, as I can not get that function to work at all. Also it was difficult to set up. The insturctions are insufficient and not detailed enough. So it was a trial and error effort.

I ordered this HRM because it is strapless. The ECG reader is easy to use on the bezel of hte watch. The watch fits nicely on a small female wrist. The problem is that it only give a caloric burn when using it as a pedometer. It was simple to setup and use, but it doesn't perform for what I need it to do. If you are an active person looking for a strapless HRM, steer clear of this one.
