  this is the second time I have ordered these for a community "sled hill" and the adults like these sleds since they are smaller so you do not necessarily need to rope to pull them since they are small enough for kids to carry up, the stack into each other for easy storage, and are made in the USA. The plastic is pretty dense and tough since these take a real beating from kids and adults of all ages-the first batch of 12 we ordered we only broke two and that is because they get very rough and frequent usage with kids jumping on them and all sorts of crazy stuff that happens when you have have 5-6 little boys trying to pile on top of each other (helmets may be required next)---the other big pro to them being smaller is that you can ditch the rope so the kids have to haul them up the hill and the rope doesn't keep getting caught underneath when they slide down.

  Buyer be ware!!!! These are not very good sleds. Unfortunately, I guess you could say that they are what they'er CRACKED-UP to be as one of them cracked on its first run down a very small hill. The child whose it was weighs under 80lbs.! He was not doing anything except trying to go down a hill-no maneuvering or showing-off nonsense! He is a light-weight to boot! He didn't have a very good day as this happened right as soon as they got to the site. These do not have any kind of extended warranty on them and now I know why. I do not think that I'll be buying anything like this from O.Co ever again! I have been purchasing almost all of my gifts exclusively at this site-I do believe it is time to rethink this as I cannot afford to have a disappointed grandchild, especially when everyone else is having fun but him! The other two kids couldn't have that good of a time as they were very pensive about everything having to do with these sleds after their brother's mishap! Now I have...

  my grandson is a large 4 yr. old. I bought several snow toys. But this was his favorite. He felt comfortable on the snow with it. He didn't have any fears. I would suggest it for the first timers. worked out great. Still holding air after a month.
