Sizing was way off. Runs very largeRead More
just what I needed to commute on public transportation. Would give 5 stars if they weren't way too longRead More
I took the advice given by other reviewers and ordered a size bigger than I normally would have. They are way too big! I probably could have ordered a size SMALLER. The quality is good. I wish I could keep them, but they literally fall off of me.Read More
on bitterly cold days, this will be great for doing outdoor choresRead More
Size is small and the quality of material and workmanship is substandard. I would not recommend this to anyone.Read More
I would highly recommend this item. It's warm, fairly inexpensive, and easy to put on. I bought it to go tubing and it was great. I'm a small frame woman but I bought a medium just to make sure it wouldn't be too small and I figured I'd wear layers under it...and I was glad I bought a medium. I received it fast, too, which was good because my time was short to go tubing. I was very pleased.Read More
Like others have said, the pants are warm, very generously sized and will do the job for light winter activity. I needed snow pants for a weekend cross country ski trip and couldn't find anything in my size locally for under $100. I wear 14-16 pants and ordered XL to fit my hips & butt, leaving room for thermals underneath. They fit loosely over jeans, so probably should have ordered L. That said, these worked fine, but I don't expect them to last long. The construction is poor: one of the pockets was ripping out when I got it and there were loose threads to clip all over the garment. For limited use, they work great. Just don't expect too much.Read More
Waterproof but they are actually motorsports pants and the legs are VERY wide and thick. Makes you look several sizes larger, so don't buy if you concerned about those sorts of thingsRead More
I have been searching for a ski bib to fit for a long time. I wear a size 16 - 18 and Xlarge ski bibs from all sports stores are too small. I was so glad to finally find a place that carries 2X and 3X sizes in ski bibs. The product description said they run small, so order accordingly. With that information, I ordered a 2X and a 3X so I would be sure to get one that fits. I would return the other. They arrived quickly, but they are both way too big! I could have fit 2 people in the 2X. I was very disappointed to to hear they are non-returnable (that was not mentioned anywhere), but a customer service rep was able to help me ***. I ordered 2 more ski bibs (L and XL) and I am hoping they arrive before we leave for Colorado! Hopefully, this time I will find one of them fits.Read More
The pants are long, and I'm close to 5'8" tall. The garment was nicely constructed, but the fit was too big and unflattering.Read More

How to Choose Ski Pants
A good pair of ski pants can mean the difference between a fun, comfortable day on the mountain or a cold and wet skiing experience. While many snow pants are marketed as waterproof, knowing what to look for when choosing ski pants will help you find quality men's pants and bibs and women's pants and bibs. You'll reap the rewards next time you hit the slopes in your new ski clothing.
How to Choose Snow Pants
Everyone has different needs when shopping for snow pants or bibs. Some skiers and riders look for snow pants in bold colors and patterns to stand out on the slopes; others think snow pants are supposed to keep you comfortable. Fortunately, it's easy to find snow pants that can do both.
How to Choose Ski Clothing
A lot of personal choice comes into play when choosing ski clothing. Ski and snowboard clothing can range from a long-sleeve, one-piece outfit or ski bibs over a shirt, to a two-piece matching outfit consisting of ski pants and a ski jacket. Personal style, however, should not trump comfort. Ensure a fun, comfortable day on the slopes by choosing ski apparel that is easy to move in and keeps you warm and dry when skiing.
Best Bibs to Give as Gifts
When someone you know has a new baby, it is a grand event, and the newborn baby is celebrated excitedly. Baby showers and visiting the baby in the hospital or at home are some of the events where baby gifts abound. Baby gear and baby products quickly fill the parents' home and the newborn baby's nursery. When you are shopping for new baby gifts, you might consider shopping for bibs and burp cloths. Bibs and burp cloths are essential baby accessories, and they can also be a lot of fun. Novelty bibs, personalized burp cloths and other adorable baby accessories will delight the new parents and also come in handy when life with baby gets going.
Tips on Buying Snowboard Pants
Most snowboarders want their snowboard pants to do three things: Keep them warm, keep them dry and make them look good. While the latter is a matter of personal taste, the first two requirements can easily be fulfilled. Be sure to choose snowboard pants or bibs that have the necessary features to make your day on the slopes a good one.

Best Women's Pants for the Weekend
After a week of wearing professional clothes for work, dressing casually and comfortably for the weekend just requires a few pairs of women's pants. This does not mean you have to skimp on style. Whether you want to have a dinner out with friends or simply need to run errands, there are plenty of comfortable wardrobe options that do not involve T-shirts and sweatpants. Stay stylish during the weekend by choosing women's pants that fit and pairing them with accessories, blouses and shoes you already own. Wear khaki pants for almost every occasion. Khaki pants are perfect for weekend wear, especially if you want an alternative to jeans. Khaki pants are casual but still appear stylish and come in a variety of lengths. Cropped khaki pants hit at about mid-calf, and capris fall just below the knee. The most flattering style is straight-leg because it gives khakis the appearance of being well-fitted and works with any type of shoe. Find the perfect pair of jeans. Jeans are the ultimate pants for the weekend. Comfortable and versatile, women's jeans come in a variety of washes and colors to go with anything in the wardrobe. Cuts like wide-leg, low-rise, boot-cut and straight-leg allow women of any size and body shape to find a pair of jeans that fit well. While women's jeans may be considered casual, pairing them with heels or wedge shoes and a loose-fitting blouse or sweater can create a more formal or put-together look. To keep jeans casual on the weekend, pair them with flats and a knitted top. Stay comfortable in velour pants. If you prefer to lounge the weekend away or just run a few errands, velour pants are soft and can be worn year-round. Velour pants often come in sets with zip-up hoodies, giving you a simple option for weekend wear. These pants come in a variety of colors, often include pockets and offer a simple drawstring waistband for comfort. Velour pants are also great for working out, so you can easily wear them throughout the day before a trip to the gym or outdoor activity. How To Find Pants for Plus Sized Women
For curvier, full-figured women, finding flattering pants and jeans can sometimes be frustrating. Legs, especially in skinny jeans, are cut slimmer, and waistlines often sit lower, so they do not offer adequate coverage for women with full tummies and bottoms. Finding the right pants, however, just requires some knowledge about the styles that are most flattering to your shape. Follow these tips to discover the pants that will be both slimming and comfortable.
Best Pant Styles for Plus-Size Women
Finding a pair of flattering plus-size pants and that fit well is easy with the right styles and lengths. The key to finding the right pair of pants for your body is to find the right fit and style for you. Full-figured women can easily find plus-size pants that emphasize their curves and look great. Follow these tips to find the right fit and style of pants for you, no matter your size.
Downhill and Cross-country Ski Gear Fact Sheet
Snow skiing is a popular winter sport, and having the proper ski gear can make it even more fun. Downhill skiing can be as exhilarating as it is technical, and cross-country skiing is one of the best cardiovascular workouts you can do, especially in the winter. No matter what type of skiing you plan on doing, you'll want the right ski gear to help you out. The following guidelines can help you understand the differences between downhill ski gear and cross-country ski gear so you can get the most out of your ski trip.
Tips on Buying Downhill Skis
Finding a good pair of downhill skis is important to your skiing performance and pleasure on the slopes. While some manufacturers make higher quality skis than others, finding the right type and size of skis is usually more important than the brand. When you're looking for the downhill skis that are right for you, consider your body type, skiing style and the type of snow you most often find yourself in. Keep reading for more tips on buying downhill skis.
Tips on Buying Ski Goggles
A good pair of ski goggles will protect your eyes in many ways. Ski goggles block ultraviolet light, which can be stronger at high elevations than at near sea level. Sunlight also tends to be brighter when you're skiing because the light reflects off the snow. Ski and snowboard goggles will also protect your eyes by keeping wind and snow out better than sunglasses, and you won't have to worry about your goggles falling off or breaking as easily as sunglasses. And if you enjoy tree skiing, goggles are going to help protect your face and eyes from small branches.
Ski Accessories Buying Guide
Your active outdoor lifestyle doesn't have to come to a screeching halt when the snow starts flying. It's time to get geared up in ski accessories and hit the slopes. If you're an avid skier, winter is the best time of year for outdoor action. Besides your skis, you will need a few ski accessories to enjoy your snowy adventures. Whether you're a downhill or cross-country skier, you will need to stock up on ski accessories, such as ski poles, ski boots, bindings, helmets, goggles and ski clothing. This ski accessories buying guide will show you how to buy ski accessories that will offer top performance, durability and value for your money.
Best Warm and Stylish Boots for Winter
Once it gets colder, warm and stylish women's boots are a necessity, especially when the snow covers the ground. Even practical boots meant for ice and snow can be fashionable and comfortable. Whether you are looking for women's boots to wear in the snow and rain or just to keep your feet warm on chilly days, here are a few styles that will complete your winter wardrobe.
How to Buy a Snowboard Helmet
If you look around the slopes, you'll notice that more and more snowboarders are wearing helmets. In fact, Vail ski resort has made helmets mandatory for all staff members and children under 12 in its ski school. Snow sport helmets are an important form of protection for both novice and experienced riders.
The Best Ski Goggles for All Conditions
Just as important as your skis and poles, your ski goggles let you see better and protect your eyes from the sun, snow, wind and branches. You have several different lens options, and each lens is designed for different conditions. Knowing which lens works in what conditions will help you buy the right pair.
How to Buy Ski Apparel
When purchasing ski apparel, it's best to think in terms of layering. Layering helps keep out the cold and wet of the winter environment while keeping perspiration off of your skin, so you stay warm and comfortable. Layering snow apparel also gives you the ability to adjust your warmth to fluctuating environmental conditions while participating in snow sports.
How to Buy Ski Equipment
Buying proper ski equipment is essential if you want to really enjoy your time skiing. The seemingly endless supply of equipment available today can be confusing, but don't immediately assume that the most expensive is also the best. The best news is that knowing what to look for in ski equipment is fairly basic, and as long as you look for what you need instead of what's trendy, you'll be just fine. As with buying equipment for any snow sport, it's always wise to know what to look for as you shop.
Tips on Dressing for Skiing
Dressing for a skiing trip can be a bit daunting. You want to look good, but at the same time, it is more important to consider your health and safety while on the slopes. Finding ski clothing that will keep you warm while protecting your hands, feet, eyes and overall body is not an easy task. Double check your bags to ensure you've packed all of the most essential men's ski clothing and women's ski clothing.
